How we work for private residences
A private home is not a job site. Our crews are directly employed, uniformed and briefed on the house before they arrive: which rooms are in use, which finishes are delicate and who to speak to. One supervisor stays with the household from the first quotation onwards.

What window & glass cleaning includes
Dubai glass suffers from three things: dust, salt and the mineral spots left by irrigation and desalinated water. We wash with purified water, remove mineral deposits with the correct polish and clear the tracks so doors slide properly again.

Questions from private residences
Will the same team come each time?
Yes, as far as rosters allow. The supervisor is always the same person, so the knowledge of your home stays with the team.
Can you coordinate with our house manager?
Yes. The supervisor works directly with your house manager, PA or household staff.
Can hard water stains be removed from glass?
Yes, in most cases. Mineral deposits are polished out with a glass safe compound. Very old etching can be improved but not always removed.
Do you clean the outside of apartment windows?
We clean all glass reachable from balconies. Facade glass on towers is cleaned by the building using cradles or rope access.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Every one to three months outside, depending on distance from the sea, roads and construction.
