What is included
Supply and installation of split, ducted, cassette and multi split air conditioning for Dubai homes, offices and shops, sized to the room and tested at handover. Most cooling complaints in Dubai trace back to the day the unit was fitted: a pipe run too long or kinked, lines never vacuumed, a drain with no fall. Our own technicians check the room load and the power supply first, fit the unit to the manufacturer's instructions and record the temperatures on a test run. We fit a unit we supply or one you bought, and say so plainly if it is the wrong size for the room.

How we carry out multi split and VRF installation
A multi split feeds a handful of indoor units from one condenser on separate pairs of pipes. A VRF system serves many more from a shared main with branch joints. In both, the pipe layout is designed first: sizes, lengths, height differences and where each branch sits. Joints are brazed with dry nitrogen flowing through so no scale forms inside. The network is pressure tested, left to stand, then vacuumed. Extra refrigerant is weighed in for the pipe length, and each indoor unit is tested from its controller.
These systems punish shortcuts. A branch joint fitted at the wrong angle starves one room of refrigerant, and scale from brazing without nitrogen blocks the fine expansion valves months later. The attraction in Dubai villas and offices is one outdoor unit where there is little wall or roof space for many. The site visit checks the total pipe length against the maker's limits, the power supply, which is often three phase, and where the outdoor unit can stand with clear airflow.

Why do the lines have to be vacuumed?
Air and moisture left in the copper pipes mix with the refrigerant and the oil, which lowers cooling and wears the compressor early. A vacuum pump draws both out, and the gauge has to hold steady before the refrigerant is released into the lines.
