What is included
Supply and installation of split, ducted, cassette and multi split air conditioning for Dubai homes, offices and shops, sized to the room and tested at handover. Most cooling complaints in Dubai trace back to the day the unit was fitted: a pipe run too long or kinked, lines never vacuumed, a drain with no fall. Our own technicians check the room load and the power supply first, fit the unit to the manufacturer's instructions and record the temperatures on a test run. We fit a unit we supply or one you bought, and say so plainly if it is the wrong size for the room.

How we carry out office AC installation
Offices are sized on what is inside them as much as on floor area: people, computers, printers, lighting and the sun on the glass. We lay out cassettes or ducted units to the desk plan so nobody sits directly under a discharge, and give meeting rooms their own unit or zone, because a closed room with ten people in it heats quickly. Units hang from the slab above the grid, drains run to the nearest stack, and controllers go where staff can reach them. Fitting is phased area by area so the premises keep working.
The usual office complaint, one side cold and the other warm, comes from partitions built after the cooling was laid out, which cut rooms off from their return air. In Dubai towers the landlord also sets conditions: connection to the base building system, drawings for a fit out, and work permits. Our own technicians work to the manufacturer's instructions and the approved drawing where there is one. The site visit checks the ceiling void, the available power and what the landlord and building management ask for.

Why do the lines have to be vacuumed?
Air and moisture left in the copper pipes mix with the refrigerant and the oil, which lowers cooling and wears the compressor early. A vacuum pump draws both out, and the gauge has to hold steady before the refrigerant is released into the lines.
Do you install air conditioners in Dubai?
Yes. Our own technicians install split, ducted, cassette and multi split systems across Dubai. A site visit comes first, to check the room, the power supply and where the outdoor unit can go, and the scope is then put in writing.
Can you install a unit I have already bought?
Yes. We fit units supplied by us or by you. If the one you have bought is the wrong size for the room we tell you before it goes on the wall. An oversized unit cools fast but leaves the air damp, and an undersized one runs all day without reaching the set temperature.
What size of air conditioner does my room need?
Capacity follows the heat the room gains, not only its floor area. Glazing that faces the afternoon sun, ceiling height, a roof directly above, the number of people and any kitchen or equipment all add load. We measure and work it out at the site visit.
Can a split unit be fitted in any apartment?
No. The building decides where an outdoor unit may stand, and towers on chilled water do not take split units at all. We check the system and the building rules at the site visit and prepare the paperwork that management asks for.
