What is included
Supply and installation of split, ducted, cassette and multi split air conditioning for Dubai homes, offices and shops, sized to the room and tested at handover. Most cooling complaints in Dubai trace back to the day the unit was fitted: a pipe run too long or kinked, lines never vacuumed, a drain with no fall. Our own technicians check the room load and the power supply first, fit the unit to the manufacturer's instructions and record the temperatures on a test run. We fit a unit we supply or one you bought, and say so plainly if it is the wrong size for the room.

How we carry out AC copper piping and insulation
Copper for air conditioning is delivered sealed and dry, and it stays capped until the moment it is joined. Bends are made with a pipe bender to keep the bore round. Flares are cut square, deburred, formed with a flaring tool and tightened with a torque spanner. Brazed joints are made with nitrogen flowing through the pipe. Each line gets its own closed cell insulation sleeve with the seams glued and taped, and the run is clipped so it cannot sag. A nitrogen pressure test proves the joints before the vacuum.
Pipework faults hide inside walls and ceilings, which makes them hard to put right later. A flattened bend throttles the refrigerant. A gap in the insulation sweats in Dubai humidity and leaves a brown patch on the ceiling below. Outdoors, bare foam insulation turns to powder in the sun within a couple of summers, and the suction line then gains heat all day. The site visit traces the route, counts the bends and checks whether existing chases and sleeves can be used.

Can a split unit be fitted in any apartment?
No. The building decides where an outdoor unit may stand, and towers on chilled water do not take split units at all. We check the system and the building rules at the site visit and prepare the paperwork that management asks for.
Why do the lines have to be vacuumed?
Air and moisture left in the copper pipes mix with the refrigerant and the oil, which lowers cooling and wears the compressor early. A vacuum pump draws both out, and the gauge has to hold steady before the refrigerant is released into the lines.
