What is included
Supply and installation of split, ducted, cassette and multi split air conditioning for Dubai homes, offices and shops, sized to the room and tested at handover. Most cooling complaints in Dubai trace back to the day the unit was fitted: a pipe run too long or kinked, lines never vacuumed, a drain with no fall. Our own technicians check the room load and the power supply first, fit the unit to the manufacturer's instructions and record the temperatures on a test run. We fit a unit we supply or one you bought, and say so plainly if it is the wrong size for the room.

How we carry out AC relocation
The unit is run first, so any existing fault is known before it is moved. With the compressor running, the liquid valve is closed and the refrigerant is drawn back into the outdoor unit, then the suction valve is shut. The pipes are disconnected and the open ports capped straight away to keep moisture out. At the new position the unit is mounted as a new installation, normally on new copper cut to length. The lines are vacuumed and leak tested, and refrigerant is added by weight if the run is longer than before.
Old pipes bent a second time tend to crack or flatten at the bends, and a unit left open to humid Dubai air for a day takes in moisture that later freezes inside the system. Moving between apartments brings another check: the new building may be on chilled water, or may not allow an outdoor unit where you hoped. The site visit covers both ends of the move, the new pipe route and whether a unit of that age is worth moving at all.
