What is included
Supply and installation of split, ducted, cassette and multi split air conditioning for Dubai homes, offices and shops, sized to the room and tested at handover. Most cooling complaints in Dubai trace back to the day the unit was fitted: a pipe run too long or kinked, lines never vacuumed, a drain with no fall. How we carry out ducted AC installation
The indoor unit is hung from the slab on four threaded rods with anti vibration mounts and set with a slight tilt toward its drain outlet. Supply ducts run from the unit to each grille in pre insulated board or insulated flexible duct, kept short and pulled straight. Return air comes back through a filtered grille. The drain leaves through a trap and falls without a break to the nearest stack. Copper lines go to the condenser outside or on the roof and are vacuumed and tested as on any split system.
A ducted unit with no access panel means cutting the ceiling open the first time the filter or the drain pan needs attention. A drain without a trap pulls air back up the pipe, and the pan overflows onto the gypsum. In Dubai humidity, duct with torn or missing insulation sweats and stains the ceiling brown within one summer. The site visit checks the void depth, the route for the return air, where the hatch can sit and how much of an existing ceiling has to be opened and made good.
