Al Forsan Village sits next to Al Forsan International Sports Resort in Khalifa City A. Homes are Mediterranean style free standing villas of four or five bedrooms, adjoining villas of three or four bedrooms, a few townhouses and some low rise apartment blocks. Town Square at the centre holds the supermarket, clinics, cafes and gyms.

Sports fields, an equestrian centre and watered landscaping next door bring grass dust, pollen and insects onto terraces and into door tracks. Irrigation marks the lower parts of walls, and the hard water leaves scale on outdoor taps and shower glass.

Floor and terrace tiles are tested in a hidden corner before any product is used, because some stone and terracotta finishes are marked by acid. Floors are then washed with a pH neutral cleaner, door tracks are cleared of grass dust, and terraces are swept and washed once the indoor work is finished.

Warm exterior colours on these villas fade unevenly in full sun, and touching up one wall leaves a visible patch. We repaint whole elevations to a matched colour and treat irrigation staining at the base first. Inside, timber doors and frames are sanded and refinished separately from the walls.

Crews are registered at the community gate by the resident before arriving. The low rise apartment blocks may ask for a permit from building management. Exterior work may need master community consent, which is confirmed at the site visit, and we prepare the paperwork requested.
