Deep cleaning, AC care and mould removal in Yas Island

Yas Island has villa communities on its north and west sides and apartment buildings around the waterfront. West Yas has large detached villas, Yas Acres has villas and townhouses in clusters such as The Cedars and The Magnolias, and Noya and The Sustainable City add newer townhouses. Ansam, Mayan and Water's Edge are apartment buildings.

Irrigated golf fairways and landscaping raise humidity around Yas Acres, and sprinkler water leaves mineral marks on walls and glass. Building sites across the north of the island add fine sand, and the waterfront buildings get salt on balconies.

Townhouses with small gardens bring sand indoors through the patio door, so tracks and floor edges are vacuumed before mopping. In apartments, balcony glass is cleaned from inside where the building allows, and kitchen extract filters are degreased.

Older villas in West Yas and Yas Acres show sprinkler staining at the base of walls and faded paint on the sunny side. The stains are washed with a mild acid cleaner, rinsed, and the wall is primed and repainted in the community's colour.

Each villa community has a gate where the resident registers our crew before the visit. Apartment buildings need a work permit and a service lift booking from management. Any exterior change needs the master community's approval; this is identified at the site visit and we prepare the paperwork.
