What is included
Curtains steamed on their tracks and blinds cleaned slat by slat, without the cost and risk of taking them down. Curtains filter the dust that comes through every window and balcony door. We clean them where they hang, so there is no shrinkage, no rehanging and no bare windows.
- Dry vacuum extraction of dust from fabric and linings
- On site steam cleaning on the track
- Spot treatment of marks and water stains
- Blinds cleaned slat by slat
- Tracks, poles and pelmets wiped down
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
On Site Curtain Cleaning in Al Bateen: what we plan for
Al Bateen runs along the western shore of Abu Dhabi island, south of the Corniche, and is one of the city's oldest prime addresses. Large private villas fill the inland streets. The waterfront holds Al Bateen Park with its villas, townhouses and low rise Plaza apartments, the Marasy and Bloom Marina buildings around the marina, hotel residences, and the separate villa island of Nareel.
Sea air comes off the marina and the open water to the west, so glass, railings and outdoor AC units collect a salt film within days. Mature gardens drop leaves and pollen into pools and gutters, and irrigation on the older plots leaves white mineral rings on boundary walls and paving.
Al Bateen Park, Nareel Island and the marina buildings have gate security, so the resident registers our team in advance. Apartments need a work permit and a service lift booking. Exterior work may need master community approval, identified at the site visit; we prepare the paperwork.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for on site curtain cleaning in Al Bateen follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size of the property and number of rooms
- Condition, and how long since the last deep clean
- Furnished and occupied, or empty
