What is included
Curtains steamed on their tracks and blinds cleaned slat by slat, without the cost and risk of taking them down. Curtains filter the dust that comes through every window and balcony door. We clean them where they hang, so there is no shrinkage, no rehanging and no bare windows.
- Dry vacuum extraction of dust from fabric and linings
- On site steam cleaning on the track
- Spot treatment of marks and water stains
- Blinds cleaned slat by slat
- Tracks, poles and pelmets wiped down
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
On Site Curtain Cleaning in Embassies District: what we plan for
The Embassies District, also known as Al Safarat or the Diplomatic Area, lies off Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Street towards Al Bateen Executive Airport. Most plots hold embassy buildings and diplomatic residences behind high walls, alongside low and mid rise apartment buildings, with the Rawdhat apartment blocks along the Airport Road side.
Wide roads and open plots let fine sand blow into gardens and across terraces. Embassy buildings and residences often have large stone or tiled entrance areas that show every footprint, and irrigation leaves mineral marks on boundary walls.
Access to embassy premises and diplomatic residences follows the site's own security procedure, confirmed at the site visit, and staff details are sent in advance for clearance. Apartment buildings need a work permit and a service lift booking, and we prepare the paperwork asked for.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for on site curtain cleaning in Embassies District follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size of the property and number of rooms
- Condition, and how long since the last deep clean
- Furnished and occupied, or empty
- Extras such as sofas, carpets, mattresses, external glass or outdoor areas
