What is included
Curtains steamed on their tracks and blinds cleaned slat by slat, without the cost and risk of taking them down. Curtains filter the dust that comes through every window and balcony door. We clean them where they hang, so there is no shrinkage, no rehanging and no bare windows.
- Dry vacuum extraction of dust from fabric and linings
- On site steam cleaning on the track
- Spot treatment of marks and water stains
- Blinds cleaned slat by slat
- Tracks, poles and pelmets wiped down
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
On Site Curtain Cleaning in Al Khalidiyah: what we plan for
Al Khalidiyah sits between the Corniche and the centre of Abu Dhabi island and is mostly apartment towers, from established mid rise blocks to taller buildings such as Shining Towers, Al Sawari Tower and Crescent Towers. In the middle of the district, Khalidiya Village is a gated community of villas and townhouses with its own clubhouse, pool and gym.
The district is dense and close to the sea, so humid air comes into apartments every time a balcony door opens. Traffic dust settles on window sills and in AC return grilles, and kitchens in smaller flats build up grease on extractor filters and wall tiles quickly.
Every tower needs a work permit from building management and a service lift booking before a crew can start. Khalidiya Village has gated security, so the resident registers our team ahead of time. What each building asks for is identified at the site visit and we prepare the paperwork.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for on site curtain cleaning in Al Khalidiyah follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size of the property and number of rooms
- Condition, and how long since the last deep clean
- Furnished and occupied, or empty
- Extras such as sofas, carpets, mattresses, external glass or outdoor areas
