What is included
AC ducting sized, fabricated and installed for villas, apartments, offices, shops and restaurants, with joints sealed, ducts insulated and airflow balanced. A ducted AC is only as good as the ductwork hidden above the ceiling. Ducts that are too small are noisy and starve the far rooms, and in Dubai humidity any gap in the insulation sweats and drips onto the ceiling below. How we carry out duct fabrication
Fabrication begins with a tape measure in the ceiling void, not with a catalogue. Each run is drawn with its lengths, offsets and changes of size, and a cutting list is made from the drawing. Galvanised sheet is cut, folded and closed with a locked seam, and flanges are fitted to the ends. Pre insulated panel is cut with a grooving tool, folded into a box, then glued and taped along the seam. Bends are made with a generous radius or fitted with turning vanes so the air does not tumble.
Poor fabrication shows up as noise and lost airflow. A sharp square bend with no vanes, or a sudden step down in size, makes the duct rumble and whistle. Thin sheet on a wide duct drums every time the fan starts unless it is cross braced.
