What is included
AC ducting sized, fabricated and installed for villas, apartments, offices, shops and restaurants, with joints sealed, ducts insulated and airflow balanced. A ducted AC is only as good as the ductwork hidden above the ceiling. Ducts that are too small are noisy and starve the far rooms, and in Dubai humidity any gap in the insulation sweats and drips onto the ceiling below. Our own technicians work out the airflow each room needs, then fabricate, hang, seal and insulate the ducts and balance the system before handover.

How we carry out office ducting works
Most Dubai offices are handed over with fan coil units or main ducts in place and little else. We take the tenant layout, work out the air each area needs and run branches from the base building connections to diffusers placed over desk rows and meeting tables. Meeting rooms get their own return path and, where possible, their own thermostat zone. Both work well when they are installed properly. Steel is stronger and suits long main runs, plant rooms and exposed ducts. Pre insulated panel is lighter and suits homes with shallow voids. We recommend one after seeing the site.
Does the building need to agree to duct changes?
In towers and malls, changes to the ducts, fire dampers or fresh air system are coordinated with building management. What the building asks for is identified at the site visit, and we prepare the paperwork.
Does the ceiling have to come down?
