What is included
AC ducting sized, fabricated and installed for villas, apartments, offices, shops and restaurants, with joints sealed, ducts insulated and airflow balanced. A ducted AC is only as good as the ductwork hidden above the ceiling. Ducts that are too small are noisy and starve the far rooms, and in Dubai humidity any gap in the insulation sweats and drips onto the ceiling below. Our own technicians work out the airflow each room needs, then fabricate, hang, seal and insulate the ducts and balance the system before handover.

How we carry out duct replacement
The existing runs are traced from the unit to every outlet and photographed. Furniture and floors are sheeted, the ceiling is opened where needed, and the old duct is cut into sections that can be carried out without shedding dust and old fibre through the house. Before new duct goes up we check the sizes against the rooms, since many original systems were undersized on the return side. New sections are hung, sealed, insulated and connected to the existing unit, then the system is run and measured.
Ducts in Dubai fail in predictable ways. Insulation that was never properly taped takes on moisture, goes heavy and falls away, and the bare metal then drips and rusts. Flexible duct laid over long distances sags between hangers until little air gets through. Internal lining breaks down with age and sheds into the rooms.
