What is included
AC ducting sized, fabricated and installed for villas, apartments, offices, shops and restaurants, with joints sealed, ducts insulated and airflow balanced. A ducted AC is only as good as the ductwork hidden above the ceiling. Ducts that are too small are noisy and starve the far rooms, and in Dubai humidity any gap in the insulation sweats and drips onto the ceiling below. Our own technicians work out the airflow each room needs, then fabricate, hang, seal and insulate the ducts and balance the system before handover.

How we carry out galvanised steel ducting
Sheet is cut and folded into rectangular sections with a locked seam along the length. Flanges are fitted to each end, a gasket goes between them, and the corners are bolted with clips along the sides. Wide panels are cross braced or given stiffening ribs. Sections are lifted onto threaded rod hangers with angle supports underneath, levelled and joined. Every seam is brushed with duct sealant before the insulation and its vapour barrier are wrapped round the outside and taped.
Steel duct itself rarely fails. What fails is the work around it. Cut edges and scratched zinc rust if left bare, especially near the coast where salt in the air speeds it up. Insulation that stops short of the flanges leaves a cold strip that sweats. Hangers spaced too far apart let a long run sag and pull its joints open. For exposed ducts in shops and cafes the finish matters as well, so the site visit asks whether the duct will be seen or hidden.
