What is included
AC ducting sized, fabricated and installed for villas, apartments, offices, shops and restaurants, with joints sealed, ducts insulated and airflow balanced. A ducted AC is only as good as the ductwork hidden above the ceiling. Ducts that are too small are noisy and starve the far rooms, and in Dubai humidity any gap in the insulation sweats and drips onto the ceiling below. Our own technicians work out the airflow each room needs, then fabricate, hang, seal and insulate the ducts and balance the system before handover.

How we carry out fresh air ducting
Outside air is taken in through a louvre with a filter behind it, carried in an insulated duct and delivered to the return side of the AC unit, so it is cooled and dried before it reaches the room. A volume damper sets how much comes in. In apartments and offices the connection is usually to the fresh air riser or spigot that the building already provides. We measure the flow at the connection, set the damper and record the reading in the handover report.
Dubai outside air is hot and heavy with moisture and dust for much of the year, so the quantity matters. Too much, and the AC cannot keep up, rooms feel clammy and the duct sweats. Too little, and a sealed apartment or meeting room goes stale by the middle of the afternoon. An intake with no filter loads the coil with fine sand in a season.
