What is included

How we carry out ceiling insulation
Access comes through existing panels and light openings where possible, or the insulation goes in before the board on a new ceiling. Mineral wool rolls or slabs are laid across the back of the ceiling between the hangers, butted tight so there are no bare strips. On a top floor under a roof slab, a foil faced product is used with the foil towards the heat. Recessed lights and their drivers are given clearance or fitted with covers so they do not overheat. Extra hangers go in where the added weight calls for them.
