What is included
Degreasing of every surface, appliance and cabinet interior, with food contact surfaces ATP tested. Cooking oil travels. It coats the hood, the cabinet tops and the wall behind the cooker, and it holds dust. We strip the grease, clean inside every unit and appliance and test food contact surfaces so the kitchen is hygienically clean and not just shiny.

How we carry out kitchen bin cleaning
A kitchen bin smells long after it has been emptied because the source is rarely the bag. Liquid leaks through a split bag, runs to the bottom of the inner bucket and dries into a film, and in a warm kitchen that film starts to smell within days. In a pull out unit the drips also land on the runners and the cabinet base. Each bin is emptied and the inner buckets lifted out. They are washed away from the food area, in the utility room or on the balcony, with hot water, detergent and a long handled brush.
Once clean, every bucket and lid is given a disinfectant and left wet for the contact time printed on the label, then rinsed and dried fully, since a damp bucket with a new bag in it smells again by evening. The cabinet is wiped out, including the runners, the base board and the back panel, and the door edge where hands push it shut.
