How we work for private residences
A private home is not a job site. Our crews are directly employed, uniformed and briefed on the house before they arrive: which rooms are in use, which finishes are delicate and who to speak to. One supervisor stays with the household from the first quotation onwards.

What kitchen deep cleaning includes
Cooking oil travels. It coats the hood, the cabinet tops and the wall behind the cooker, and it holds dust. We strip the grease, clean inside every unit and appliance and test food contact surfaces so the kitchen is hygienically clean and not just shiny.

Questions from private residences
Will the same team come each time?
Yes, as far as rosters allow. The supervisor is always the same person, so the knowledge of your home stays with the team.
Can you coordinate with our house manager?
Yes. The supervisor works directly with your house manager, PA or household staff.
Do you clean inside the oven and hood?
Yes. Racks, trays and filters are removed and soaked, and the oven cavity and hood are degreased.
Do I need to empty the cabinets?
It helps, but the crew can empty and restock cabinets shelf by shelf if you prefer.
What does ATP tested mean?
An ATP swab measures organic residue on a surface in seconds. We test food contact surfaces after cleaning and pass at below 30 RLU.
