What is included
Interior and exterior painting by our own painters, with surfaces properly prepared, furniture fully protected and wet film thickness checked on every coat. A good paint finish is mostly preparation. Dubai walls move with heat, hairline cracks open at ceiling joints, and coastal air and irrigation mark exterior walls within a few seasons. We repair and prime before we paint, apply the system named in your quotation and leave the home clean enough to move straight back into.

How we carry out exterior texture coating
The elevation is scaffolded or reached from a platform, then pressure washed to remove dust, salts and loose paint. Chalking surfaces are bound with a stabilising primer. Cracks are cut open, filled with an exterior filler and, where they are moving, bridged with mesh. An alkali resistant primer follows. The texture coat, a heavy bodied acrylic carrying fine aggregate, is sprayed through a hopper gun or rolled with a coarse sleeve, one full wall at a time. An elastomeric or pure acrylic top coat finishes it.
