What is included
Interior and exterior painting by our own painters, with surfaces properly prepared, furniture fully protected and wet film thickness checked on every coat. A good paint finish is mostly preparation. Dubai walls move with heat, hairline cracks open at ceiling joints, and coastal air and irrigation mark exterior walls within a few seasons. We repair and prime before we paint, apply the system named in your quotation and leave the home clean enough to move straight back into.

How we carry out mansion painting
A large residence is too big to paint as one job, so it is broken into wings and floors on a written schedule, with one foreman as the single point of contact. Artworks are taken down and stored by the household or wrapped by us, chandeliers are bagged and stone floors are covered with protection board. Double height halls are worked from aluminium towers. Plain walls and ceilings are prepared and painted first; panelling, decorative plaster, metallic detail and joinery follow, each from an agreed sample.
The scale brings its own problems. Tall walls beside full height glazing take raking light that shows every fault, long ceilings crack at board joints as the structure moves with the heat, and the rooms a family rarely opens often hide damp from an AC line or a terrace above. Crews working without a schedule leave shade differences between batches. The site visit is a full walk through with the owner or house manager, recording each room, its finishes, tower access and how staff and family move around the work.
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey, colour and written scope. We measure, test the existing coating and agree colours, sheen and the number of coats. The written quotation names the paint system and the scope.
- Protection. Furniture is moved and wrapped, floors are covered edge to edge, and switches, handles and light fittings are masked or removed.
- Surface preparation. Walls are washed, flaking paint is scraped back, cracks are opened and filled, and everything is sanded flat. Damp or salt affected areas are treated before any paint goes on.
- Primer and finish coats. A sealer or primer suited to the substrate is followed by two finish coats. Wet film thickness is checked on every coat.
- Snagging and handover. We inspect in daylight with you, touch up, clean down and hand over a paint schedule listing brand, colour codes and batch numbers for future touch ups.
