What is included
On site upholstery cleaning matched to the fibre, extracted at low moisture and dried below 12 percent so nothing grows back. Sofas hold body oils, dust and spills deep in the weave. We identify the fabric first, test for colour fastness, then clean with shampoo, steam or dry foam as the fibre allows and extract the soil rather than pushing it deeper.

How we carry out pet bed cleaning
A pet bed is a small sofa that gets used harder than any sofa in the house. Hair works into the weave, dander and skin oils darken the fabric where the animal lies, and accidents soak into the foam. We start with a rubber brush that drags embedded hair to the surface, then vacuum with a motorised head. Removable covers come off and are washed apart from the inner, which is checked for staining and smell before anything wet goes on it.
Urine, vomit and saliva marks get an enzyme cleaner that breaks down the residue instead of masking it with fragrance, left for its working time before rinsing. Beds with fixed covers and pet sofas are cleaned by hot water extraction, which flushes the filling and pulls the dirty water back out. A damp bed smells worse than a dirty one, so air movers run until the fabric is dry. Strongly scented products are avoided, as animals often refuse a bed that smells unfamiliar.
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
