What is included
On site upholstery cleaning matched to the fibre, extracted at low moisture and dried below 12 percent so nothing grows back. Sofas hold body oils, dust and spills deep in the weave. We identify the fabric first, test for colour fastness, then clean with shampoo, steam or dry foam as the fibre allows and extract the soil rather than pushing it deeper.
- Fabric identification and colour fastness test
- Dry vacuum extraction of dust and debris
- Pre treatment of stains and body contact areas
- Shampoo or steam cleaning with hot water extraction
- Leather cleaned and conditioned with dedicated products
- Moisture reading below 12 percent before we leave
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
Armchair Cleaning in The Greens & The Views: what we plan for
The Greens is a low rise apartment community set in landscaped gardens beside Emirates Golf Club, with courtyards such as Al Ghozlan, Al Samar, Al Thayyal and Al Sidir. The Views next door has mid and high rise buildings around a lake, including Golf Towers, The Fairways, The Links and Panorama. The Hills adds newer residences on the golf course itself.
Mature trees and daily irrigation bring pollen, leaf litter and insects onto balconies and into door tracks. Buildings are around twenty years old, so AC ducts and bathroom extractors hold many years of dust.
Every building needs a work permit from building management and a service lift booking, which we arrange. Working hours are limited to protect residents.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for armchair cleaning in The Greens & The Views follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size of the property and number of rooms
- Condition, and how long since the last deep clean
- Furnished and occupied, or empty
- Extras such as sofas, carpets, mattresses, external glass or outdoor areas

Questions about armchair cleaning in The Greens & The Views
What does armchair cleaning include?
Cleaning for armchairs and accent chairs, including delicate and designer fabrics. The work includes fabric identification and colour fastness test; dry vacuum extraction of dust and debris; pre treatment of stains and body contact areas.
How much does armchair cleaning cost in The Greens & The Views?
We do not publish prices, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors: size of the property and number of rooms; condition, and how long since the last deep clean. Book a site visit: a supervisor from The MELLS looks at the work and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before anything begins.
Who provides armchair cleaning in The Greens & The Views?
The MELLS provides armchair cleaning in The Greens & The Views, Dubai. The work is carried out by people The MELLS employs directly, under a named supervisor, 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. To arrange it, book a site visit on this page or call +971 58 656 3001.
How long does armchair cleaning take?
Typically 1 to 3 hours for most sofa sets, with fabrics dry enough to use in 4 to 6 hours. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
Is steam safe for my sofa?
Not for every fabric. Velvet, silk blends and some viscose fabrics need low moisture or dry methods. We test first and choose the method the fabric can take.
How long does a sofa take to dry?
Most fabric sofas are dry to the touch in four to six hours with the AC running. We measure residual moisture before leaving so the sofa is never left wet.
Can all stains be removed?
Most food, drink and body oil stains come out fully. Ink, dye transfer and old set stains may only lighten. We tell you what to expect before we start.
Do you arrange the building permit in The Greens & The Views?
Yes. Most buildings ask contractors for a work permit, trade licence, insurance and staff IDs, and a service lift booking. We submit all of it for you.
How do I choose a company for armchair cleaning in The Greens & The Views?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (14 Point Standard signed by the supervisor, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
Can you come to The Greens & The Views at short notice?
Yes. Crews travel from our Barsha Heights base, and urgent work in Dubai is attended within two hours between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday.
