What is included
On site upholstery cleaning matched to the fibre, extracted at low moisture and dried below 12 percent so nothing grows back. Sofas hold body oils, dust and spills deep in the weave. We identify the fabric first, test for colour fastness, then clean with shampoo, steam or dry foam as the fibre allows and extract the soil rather than pushing it deeper.
- Both corner units pulled out and vacuumed underneath
- Every seat, back and bolster cleaned with one method
- Stains pretreated, with honest advice on what will lift
- Pile groomed so the long runs dry evenly
How we carry out u shaped sofa cleaning
A U shaped sofa wraps around a room, so two corner units carry most of the weight of daily life: the seats people curl into, the corners where food and drink end up, and the long backs against the walls that collect dust. The team separates the sections where they unclip, vacuums the frames and the floor beneath, and lifts every seat cushion and bolster. The care code is read and the fabric tested on a hidden spot.
Stains are pretreated, then the sofa is cleaned with hot water extraction, a low moisture method or dry cleaning, depending on the fabric. Long runs of fabric show any unevenness, so the cleaning passes are kept consistent and the pile is groomed in one direction to dry evenly. When it is dry enough the sections are joined back up and the cushions set in place.
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
U Shaped Sofa Cleaning in Safi Apartments, Town Square: what we plan for
This is one of the mid rise apartment buildings around the Town Square park, with access through building management. Tower rules on permits, service lifts and working hours apply even to a short visit, and we arrange all three.
Open desert lies on two sides of the community, so wind carries fine sand into window tracks, balconies and AC filters. Many homes are still in their first years, and builder's dust, paint spots and silicone marks are often left behind from handover.
Townhouse streets are open to visitors with no gate pass. Apartment buildings need a work permit from building management and a service lift booking, and we arrange both.

Do you separate the sections of a U shaped sofa to clean it?
Where the sections unclip, yes, so the frames and the floor underneath can be cleaned. Fixed sections are cleaned in place.
