What is included
Interior and exterior glass, frames and tracks, with hard water spotting removed rather than smeared. Dubai glass suffers from three things: dust, salt and the mineral spots left by irrigation and desalinated water. We wash with purified water, remove mineral deposits with the correct polish and clear the tracks so doors slide properly again.

How we carry out window film and tint removal
Film fails in a recognisable way here. Years of direct sun break down the dyes and the adhesive, so the film bubbles, goes cloudy, peels at the edges or turns purple. Removing it is slow work. Steam or gentle heat softens the adhesive so the film comes away in large sheets; pulled cold, it tears into small pieces and leaves most of the glue on the glass. Frames, blinds and the floor below are covered first, since the steam and the remover would otherwise mark them.
The glue layer is the larger part of the job. On plain uncoated glass it is softened and taken off with a new blade held flat.
