What is included

We find and stop the cause first, then frame, board, joint and paint so the repair blends with the ceiling around it.

Most damage is repaired locally. We cut back to sound board, fix new board to the frame, tape and skim the joints, then repaint the whole ceiling face so the finish is even.
Do I need approval to change a ceiling?
Some buildings and communities ask for a work permit, particularly where sprinklers, smoke detectors or AC grilles sit in the ceiling. This is checked at the site visit, and we prepare whatever documents they request.
How soon can a new ceiling be painted?
Jointing compound has to dry fully, usually overnight between coats in an air conditioned room. Painting follows once the joints are sanded flat and primed.
