What is included
On site upholstery cleaning matched to the fibre, extracted at low moisture and dried below 12 percent so nothing grows back. Sofas hold body oils, dust and spills deep in the weave. We identify the fabric first, test for colour fastness, then clean with shampoo, steam or dry foam as the fibre allows and extract the soil rather than pushing it deeper.

How we carry out aniline and nubuck leather cleaning
The first job is to know what the leather is. A small drop of water on the underside of a cushion or the back of the frame tells the technician a lot: on finished leather it beads and sits, on aniline and nubuck it soaks in and darkens. Those two carry only dye in the hide and no coating on top, which is why they feel so soft and why they mark so easily with hand oils, hair products, drinks and sweat. A general leather cleaner can leave a blotchy finish that cannot be reversed.
Cleaning is therefore slow and light. Dust comes off with a soft brush and a HEPA vacuum, then a cleaner made for unfinished leather is worked in on a damp, never wet, microfibre cloth and blotted off panel by panel so the colour dries evenly. On nubuck the flattened nap on arms and seat fronts is lifted with a soft brush once dry. Aniline gets a light conditioner. Dark areas from years of hand contact usually soften but often remain, and the supervisor explains which marks are part of the hide ageing.
How it works
