What is included
A complete clean of every room, surface, fitting and fixture in the home, scoped in writing and signed off against fourteen checks. Deep cleaning reaches what weekly housekeeping leaves behind: the tops of wardrobes, AC grilles, window tracks, the grease line behind the cooker and the limescale that hard water leaves on glass and chrome. A supervised crew from The MELLS works through the home in a fixed order so nothing is missed and nothing is cleaned twice.

How we carry out cafe deep cleaning
Work starts once food and open stock are put away or covered by your own staff. Under counter fridges and movable equipment are eased forward so the floor and wall behind can be degreased, which is where milk, syrup and coffee grounds build up. Door seals, shelf runners and drip trays are washed. Wall tiles and splashbacks are cleaned with a degreaser suited to food premises and rinsed, floor drains are lifted and scrubbed, and the floor is machine scrubbed. The seating area, table bases and glass are done last.
A cafe that is only wiped at closing time develops the same faults: sticky floors under the bar, black mould in fridge seals and a drain smell by mid afternoon. Sugar and milk residue draw ants and cockroaches quickly in Dubai heat. The cleaning follows your own food safety plan, including the chemicals you accept on food contact surfaces and how they are rinsed. At the site visit we go through that plan, the equipment that can be moved, the drainage and the hours the unit can be closed.
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Food contact surfaces are cleaned with products suited to food premises and rinsed with clean water afterwards. If your food safety plan names the types of chemical allowed, we work to that list, and the product data sheets are given to your manager before the work starts.
