What is included
A complete clean of every room, surface, fitting and fixture in the home, scoped in writing and signed off against fourteen checks. Deep cleaning reaches what weekly housekeeping leaves behind: the tops of wardrobes, AC grilles, window tracks, the grease line behind the cooker and the limescale that hard water leaves on glass and chrome. A supervised crew from The MELLS works through the home in a fixed order so nothing is missed and nothing is cleaned twice.

How we carry out deep cleaning with pest control
The order matters more than anything else on this job. Cleaning comes first: high dust is vacuumed, the kitchen is degreased, cupboards are emptied and wiped, and the gaps behind the fridge, the cooker and the washing machine are cleared of the crumbs and grease that insects feed on. Floors are scrubbed and left to dry. Only then does our pest team come in, placing gel bait in hinges and corners and applying residual treatment along skirtings and entry points. The home is then aired as the label directs.
Done the other way round, the mop takes the treatment off the skirting line the same week it went down. Treating a dirty kitchen is nearly as poor, because cockroaches will choose the grease behind the cooker over any bait. Drains, bin stores and the warm space under appliances are where most activity starts in Dubai homes. The site visit identifies the pest, the rooms affected and anyone in the home the treatment plan must allow for, such as infants, pets or fish tanks.
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Soft furnishings are quoted as optional extras so you only pay for what you need. Most clients add them to the same visit because the crew and machines are already on site.
