What is included
A complete clean of every room, surface, fitting and fixture in the home, scoped in writing and signed off against fourteen checks. Deep cleaning reaches what weekly housekeeping leaves behind: the tops of wardrobes, AC grilles, window tracks, the grease line behind the cooker and the limescale that hard water leaves on glass and chrome. A supervised crew from The MELLS works through the home in a fixed order so nothing is missed and nothing is cleaned twice.

How we carry out store room deep cleaning
A store room cannot be cleaned around its contents. We take everything out one section at a time and set it down on a covered area nearby, keeping groups together so they return to the same shelf. With a section empty, the ceiling corners, walls, shelving and floor are vacuumed with a HEPA machine and then wiped with a damp microfibre. Each box, suitcase or appliance is dusted before it goes back. Items you no longer want are set aside for you to decide on, and we remove nothing ourselves.
Many store rooms in Dubai have no AC supply and no window, so they run hot and stale. Cardboard on the floor draws moisture and attracts silverfish and cockroaches, and a slow leak from a neighbouring bathroom can go unseen for months behind stacked boxes. Wiping a dusty shelf with a wet cloth before vacuuming leaves a muddy film that sets hard. The site visit looks at how full the room is, how much space there is to stage the contents and any sign of damp or pests.
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
