How we work for private residences
A private home is not a job site. Our crews are directly employed, uniformed and briefed on the house before they arrive: which rooms are in use, which finishes are delicate and who to speak to. One supervisor stays with the household from the first quotation onwards.

What disinfection & sterilisation includes
A disinfectant only does its job on a surface that is already clean and stays wet for long enough, which is where a quick spray visit falls short. We clean first, treat touch points by hand, then mist or steam the wider space where the room suits it. In sealed, air conditioned Dubai buildings, shared handles, switches and AC grilles get the closest attention.

Questions from private residences
Will the same team come each time?
Yes, as far as rosters allow. The supervisor is always the same person, so the knowledge of your home stays with the team.
Can you coordinate with our house manager?
Yes. The supervisor works directly with your house manager, PA or household staff.
Do you offer a disinfection service in Dubai?
Yes. Teams cover all of Dubai, and urgent requests get a two hour response between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday.
Is disinfection the same as cleaning?
No. Cleaning removes dirt and disinfection treats the cleaned surface. Dirt shields a surface from the product, so we always clean first.
When can we use the rooms again after treatment?
Hand wiped surfaces can be used once they are dry. After misting, rooms are aired for the period the technician states, and food, toys, pet bowls and fish tanks are covered or moved out beforehand.
