For private residences, villas, penthouses and family homes, looked after by discreet crews under a named supervisor. Each job is quoted in writing after a site visit.
How we work for private residences
A private home is not a job site. Our crews are directly employed, uniformed and briefed on the house before they arrive: which rooms are in use, which finishes are delicate and who to speak to. One supervisor stays with the household from the first quotation onwards.

What plumbing services includes
Hard desalinated water leaves limescale in heaters, tap cartridges and flush valves, and roof tanks and pipework sit in extreme heat for half the year. Our own directly employed plumbers trace the cause before they repair anything, set out the scope in a written quotation and photograph the work before and after.

Questions from private residences
Will the same team come each time?
Yes, as far as rosters allow. The supervisor is always the same person, so the knowledge of your home stays with the team.
Can you coordinate with our house manager?
Yes. The supervisor works directly with your house manager, PA or household staff.
How quickly can a plumber reach Dubai?
Urgent plumbing faults such as an active leak get a two hour response across Dubai, between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday. Routine work is booked for a time that suits you.
How much does a plumber cost in Dubai?
We do not publish prices, because two leaks that look the same can have very different causes. A plumber visits and finds the fault, and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work starts.
What should I do while I wait for the plumber?
Close the main water valve, switch off the water heater and the pump at their isolators and move valuables away from the water. If water is close to sockets or light fittings, switch that circuit off at the distribution board.
