Private Residences
Waterproofing for Private Residences
A waterproofing company for villas, apartments and buildings, treating roofs, bathrooms, balconies, water tanks and pools once the leak is traced. For private residences, villas, penthouses and family homes, looked after by discreet crews under a named supervisor. Each job is quoted in writing after a site visit.

How we work for private residences
A private home is not a job site. Our crews are directly employed, uniformed and briefed on the house before they arrive: which rooms are in use, which finishes are delicate and who to speak to. One supervisor stays with the household from the first quotation onwards.
- The same supervisor on every visit
- Surface register for marble, timber, metal and fabric
- Work planned around the family and household staff
- Confidentiality agreement on request
- Photo report within the hour
What waterproofing includes
Dubai roofs bake for most of the year and then take a sudden downpour, which is when cracked membranes and blocked outlets show themselves. We trace the leak before recommending anything, prepare the surface, apply the membrane system named in your quotation and flood test it before any tile or screed goes back.
- Leak tracing with moisture readings and flood or dye tests
- Removal of failed membrane, loose screed and blown tiles
- Crack, joint and drain outlet repairs
- Liquid applied and sheet membranes matched to the surface
- Upstands, corners and pipe penetrations detailed
- Flood test before finishes are reinstated
- Screed, tiling and regrouting over the new membrane
- Building or community paperwork prepared where approval is needed
- Photographs of every layer in the handover report

Questions from private residences
Will the same team come each time?
Yes, as far as rosters allow. The supervisor is always the same person, so the knowledge of your home stays with the team.
Can you coordinate with our house manager?
Yes. The supervisor works directly with your house manager, PA or household staff.
Do you provide waterproofing in Dubai?
Yes. We waterproof roofs, wet rooms, balconies, tanks and pools across Dubai. The first step is always a site visit to trace where the water is getting in.
How do you find where a leak is coming from?
We take moisture readings, inspect the area above and around the damp, and where needed run a flood or dye test on the suspect surface. The plumbing is pressure tested if a pipe is the likelier cause.
Can a bathroom be waterproofed without removing the tiles?
A clear sealer over tiles and grout can slow minor seepage, but it is not a membrane. Where water is reaching the room below, the tiles in the wet zone have to come up so the floor can be tanked properly.
